Due to the development of MWT technology, customers have put forward stricter requirements for the material performance of the insulation layer. They require the product to have a shrinkage rate of less than 1 ‰ at 150 ℃, and the material flatness should not fluctuate more than 2mm in the free state. There is a contradiction between shrinkage and flatness, and the lower the shrinkage, the worse the flatness. Therefore, after conducting research with raw material manufacturers in May, the company has continuously conducted experiments and tests for the next two months. Currently, it has overcome difficulties and met customer requirements. The conductive core board produced using new materials has been highly recognized by customers.
